Bibliocoaching
Read.
Reflect.
Reimagine Your Life.
If you're an adult with autism, ADHD, or AuDHD, and you're looking for a gentle, thought-provoking way to explore personal growth—bibliocoaching might be exactly what you're looking for.

This isn’t therapy.
This is personal development through the power of books, guided by a coach who understands neurodivergence—and sees your strengths, not just your struggles.

What is Bibliocoaching?

Bibliocoaching with me, combines guided reading, reflective journaling, and positive psychology to help you:
-
Make sense of your experiences
-
Discover practical tools for navigating life as a neurodivergent adult
-
Grow in confidence, clarity, and self-compassion

Each session is a calm, low-pressure space to explore insights from carefully selected books, apply them to your own life, and start writing your own next chapter.

How Bibliocoaching Works

A reflective, book-based coaching experience for £99

1. Book your Bibliocoaching Experience
Start by booking your bibliocoaching experience for £99. Once booked, you’ll receive a short worksheet to help tailor the experience to your unique needs and interests.
2. Curated reading, just for you
Based on your worksheet, I’ll select a few short, powerful readings – articles, book excerpts, or essays – chosen to spark insight, reflection, and personal growth.
3. Read in your own time
No pressure. No deadlines. You read at your pace, allowing space to absorb, reflect, and connect with the ideas in a way that works for you.
4. A coaching conversation that transforms
Book Your 60 Minute Coaching Session
We’ll meet for a reflective coaching session where we explore your thoughts, feelings, and insights. You’ll receive thought-provoking prompts, gentle support, and strengths-based coaching to help you take meaningful steps forward.
5. Grow through guided reflection
Your growth continues beyond the session with optional journaling prompts and practical strategies rooted in the science of positive psychology – all designed to help you create lasting mindset shifts.
Whether you’re new to personal development or you’ve been on this journey for years, bibliocoaching gives you the tools, structure, and support to grow on your terms.
